Shipping Policy

  • Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Domestic shipping (Thailand): Free shipping on all orders within Thailand. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days.

  • International shipping: Shipping fees depend on the destination and will be calculated at checkout. Delivery times typically range from 7–14 business days.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or unforeseen circumstances, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving any issues.

Cancellation and refunds Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team at Phormbyinp@gmail.com.

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

  • No returns: We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been delivered.

  • Exchanges: We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Process: To request an exchange, please contact us at Phormbyinp@gmail.com with your order number and exchange details.

  • Shipping costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when sending items back for exchange. For domestic exchanges within Thailand, we will cover the cost of sending the new item back to you. For international exchanges, customers are responsible for both return and reshipping costs.

  • Stock availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or color is unavailable, we will work with you to find an alternative.
